Michael Otieno is the Managing Director & Chief Executive of Kenya Valuers & Estate Agents Limited. Michael is a Registered Valuer, Registered Estate Agent and GOK-appointed Private Stamp Duty Valuer with over 12 years professional experience. He joined Kenya Valuers in November 2015 having previously worked with Regent Management Limited and Dominion Valuers. Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Land Economics from the University of Nairobi. He is also a Full Member of the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya. Michael is experienced in undertaking all types of valuations majorly in Kenya, with regional experience in Tanzania and Rwanda. He has undertaken local valuations for death duty determination in the USA, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
