Kelvin Otieno attended Kenya Technical Teachers College from 2007 and attained a Diploma in Library and Information Science in 2009. He then worked at the Kenya National Library Services Headquarters, Nairobi.

Kelvin joined Kenya Valuers & Estate Agents Limited in February 2010 as a career move and commenced training as an Estate Agent.

From September 2011, Kelvin attended the University of Nairobi, School of the Built Environment to persue a Diploma in Estate Agency & Property Management. He graduated top of his class with a Distinction in August 2012.
